Learning Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced training professional to join the Learning Solutions Department. This position requires you to perform in multiple roles, including:

• design training programs from start to finish that effectively teach our software applications, using ISD or CRI;
• develop and produce training materials for our software applications;
• assist in the design and management of e-learning programs;
• deliver training on our products to medical professionals, clients, and internal employees;
• consult with clients to design a training plan that leads to successful implementation of our products;
• mentor entry-level Trainers;
• focus on continuously improving our training products and services.

Requirements:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a formal training role with strong analytical and organizational skills; should have experience developing technical training using a disciplined instructional design methodology.

Individual must have proficiency in writing and strong communication skills. Computer aptitude and previous experience with basic programming is needed. Additionally, technical writing experience is a plus. Also desirable are: Training delivery experience in a classroom environment; Experience creating and delivering technical course content for learners with varying degrees of technical skill and experience; General knowledge of the Clinical Trials industry; A knack for and commitment to customer service; Respect for different cultures; Willingness and ability to travel 10-30%, possibly internationally; Ability and desire to quickly learn new concepts; Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Preferences:

Experience designing e-learning products for software usage or basic programming; Skills designing screens and page layouts; Experience with e-learning authoring tools; Understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle.
