Jeffrey A. Green
Chief Executive Officer
Pharm. D., FCP
Dr. Green founded DATATRAK and has served as President,
Chief Executive Officer and Director since March 1995.
From 1984 to 1992, Dr. Green served as an Assistant Professor of
Medicine and Radiology at Case Western Reserve University,
Cleveland, OH. During his tenure at Case Western, he
established and directed the Cardiovascular Clinical
Pharmacology Research Program at University Hospitals of
Cleveland. In addition, Dr. Green was an established
investigator in clinical cardiology and PET scanning, and
was responsible for directing over 90 individual
investigations.
Ray Merk
Chief Financial Officer
MBA, CPA
Ray Merk, Chief Financial Officer, joined DATATRAK in July,
2006.
Prior to joining DATATRAK, Merk served in a variety of
financial and accounting positions in the software, retail
and service company industries. From April, 2000 through
July, 2006, Merk served as Director of Finance for EmployOn,
Inc., a venture-backed start-up focused on the aggregation
of online job postings.
Terry C. Black
Chief Operating Officer MBA, CPA
Terry Black joined DATATRAK as Vice President of Finance and
Chief Financial Officer in June,1994 and was appointed Chief
Operating Office in August, 2007. He has served as our Treasurer and Assistant Secretary since
January, 1996.
Before joining DATATRAK, Black served in a variety of
financial and accounting positions within the insurance
replacement rental car industry.
Jim Bob Ward
Vice President of Clinical Development MS
Mr. Ward, Vice President of Clinical Development, is the
former President and CEO of ClickFind, Inc. Mr. Ward is a
market research economist and entrepreneur with over 12
years of experience directing technology companies focused
on the development of enterprise software solutions.
As
President of ClickFind from 2000-2006, he fostered
development of the collaboration, workflow and clinical
research applications that make up the ClickTrials eClinical
Platform. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Ward was a founder of Real
Time Internet Services who pioneered some of the first
Internet-based technologies for the insurance, government,
and social service markets. Prior to this, Mr. Ward worked
at Texas A&M University from 1989 to 1999 as the Assistant
Director of a market research center conducting consulting,
research and technology transfer activities throughout the
U.S., Central and South America and Eastern Europe for
organizations including the World Bank, Inter-American
Development Bank, and various U.S. agencies. Mr. Ward holds
a MS in Agricultural Economics from New Mexico State
