The key feature is a browser-based Desktop that automatically updates information from every Workgroup to which a user belongs, based on tool roles and information permissions. Roles and permissions define access to announcements, files, contacts, contact groups, events, email, tasks, memberships, Workgroups and business applications. Information sharing is controlled by requests and acceptance from Desktop to Desktop and from Desktop to Workgroups, Web sites and portals.
