Multiple Learning Methods

The Learning Center contains information organized in Tutorials, Manuals, and Guides. Tutorials are interactive walkthroughs complete with visual aids while Manuals show the nitty-gritty details of whatever you need to know. Guides allow for a more in-depth explanation designed for advanced users.

Zero-Level Support

With the Learning Center, a user can find the help they need without having to ask for it. The site is fully searchable and divided into easy-to-browse sections, while news posts are written to alert users of new content. Of course, more personalized help is always available, and the Learning Center even provides a convenient contact form for the Solution Center.

Get New Users Started Fast

Information is available for users new to the Learning Center, new to DATATRAK eClinical®, or even those completely new to the Clinical Research industry. Each page contains helpful links and information to get new users up to speed as quickly as possible.
