Project Management
DATATRAK dedicates a Professional Project Team to your project to ensure its success. DATATRAK’s Project Management teams are comprised of individuals with industry experience, MBAs and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. You’ll be assigned a Project Manager who will work with your team to design and deploy the study as well as assist you in managing your study until it closes. All studies follow a controlled, validated process for deployment, the Clinical Trial Life Cycle (CTLC), and are managed via a Project Plan.

The DATATRAK Trial Design Team understands your research goals and will show you how to leverage eClinical technology. Utilizing DATATRAK’s design products, DataArchitect and VisualArchitect, trial designers provide expertise in study design and implementation.
Testing and Validation

Quality Assurance
DATATRAK has a complete Quality Management System (QMS) in place to ensure the release of a high-quality, validated product. The QMS oversees daily Research & Development tasks as well as project development and hosting. All environments are validated, managed and audited based on Standard Operating Procedures in order to ensure ongoing compliance.
User Administration
Solution Center agents provide 24/7 user administration management for DATATRAK eClinical™ users. Site deployments, user role assignments and training records are all managed for you by the DATATRAK team.
