Training
Become an expert.
To ensure our customers receive service that fits within their trial scope, we offer a variety of training options, including Web-based, remote conferencing, and classroom training. We make it our priority to answer any questions you may have, and see to it that you have all the resources necessary for executing a successful trial.
Web-Based (eTrainTM)
DATATRAK offers the ability to train an unlimited number of Investigators simultaneously. Through our Web-based training program, eTrain, we can train anyone, anywhere in the world. DATATRAK was the first EDC service provider in the Market to offer this convenient service and continues to be an industry leader.
Easy-to-Use Interface
Our eTrain course consists of a number of short sectional lessons. We encourage comprehensive learning through user interaction and a final assessment. As an added convenience, users may save their place in the training and resume at a later time.
Proof of Training
Training certificates maybe downloaded at anytime by the user or an administrator.
Readily Accessible
Users only need an Internet browser to access eTrain, which is available through the life of the trial. Users can access training from any location, at any time. Web-based training is an ideal solution for site turnover or even for use as a refresher course.
Live Classroom
DATATRAK Learning Solutions Specialists conduct hands-on training sessions for Investigators and CRAs at central sites (often Investigator meetings). We use laptop computers to teach Investigators and CRAs how to use DATATRAK eClinical in a hands-on session.
Site Visit
Face-to-face training is also available. DATATRAK Learning Solutions Specialists can travel to a client’s study site to conduct DATATRAK eClinical training for site personnel.
Distance Learning
Live, long-distance training sessions can be conducted as ‘Shadow Training.’ In this mode, site personnel use their own desktop PC to log in to DATATRAK’s Training Server. Site personnel and the Trainer simultaneously view the same images and actions on their own computers. Since site personnel are able to take control of the cursor, this method provides a real-time, hands-on experience.
